If you are ready to embark on the path of recovery, then the first (and most important) thing to do is to take responsibility for your illness and change your attitude towards it. What does it mean? This means that no one is to blame for the appearance of the disease, and you are also not to blame. Illness is an outward reflection of your thoughts and your behavior. Illness is a signal from your subconscious mind that you are doing something wrong, that your behavior and your reactions to events are harmful to you.
YOUR DISEASES ARE THE RESULT OF YOUR THOUGHTS
Every human being is a particle of the universe. And as a particle of the Universe, it performs certain functions here in this world. It is the highest power of the Universe that gives you, people (as well as other living and “inanimate” beings), awareness, which you enrich by the very process of life, and then takes it away. That is, a person with his life contributes to the universal process of evolution and development.
PAINFUL EXPERIENCE OF THE PAST
You’ve probably already noticed that in most of my examples, the causes of the disease must be looked for in the past. After all, all the information about your life is stored in the subconscious. An event experienced several years ago, and the negative attitude formed then, will have an impact on your life in the present, creating personality problems or illnesses.
THE POWER OF INSPECTION
I believe that many of your thoughts have been suggested to you at one time or another in your life. And we came to some beliefs on our own through logical inferences, but at the same time relied on the experience you already have. Therefore, your subconscious program was created with the help of other people and with your direct participation through suggestion and persuasion. At first, your parents instilled in you certain thoughts, repeating them many times. And you, of course, believed them. Then teachers, peers, and of course religion. Now you yourself are constantly replaying all this in your head.
WATCH WHAT YOU SAY
As I already indicated, the subconscious mind takes all information literally, that is, if a word or phrase has a double meaning, then the inner mind processes both meanings. Be mindful of the words and phrases you use in your daily life. And if your language is replete with phrases such as: “I’m just going crazy ..” take care….
